Our over 40 years of experience in cusine satisfies the discerning palates, through dishes based on seasonal products such as "Ciociaria's Food" ideal for sampling and enjoying the flavours of the traditional and natural cuisine of our land followed by the wine list which offers a wide selection of the best Italian labels, like Atina's Cabarnet or Casanesse Red Wine and the Passerina for Whites.

In our two restaurants it is possible to taste typical dishes like homemade egg pasta with Porcini mushrooms and truffles from Mainarde,lamb , pork , local vegetables. For desserts famous are amaretti ( macaroons) and ciambelle in wine small round cakes. A strict application of HACCP in food storage and preparation ensures hygiene and freshness of the food.
